US orders typically ship within 3 full business days*.
Canadian and Australian orders take about 5-10 business days before shipping.
Transit times depend on your location and can take on average 2-10 days.
*Freight size canvases and large quantity orders may take longer to produce.

If you need the order by a certain date, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If you have an extremely tight turnaround time, please contact us by email for fastest service. We are usually able to accommodate special requests. Expedited orders do incur an extra charge, which will be quoted by a Customer Service representative.

Your order is shipped as each piece is completed, so it is possible that each item will ship separately. If you have multiple items on the order, they may ship in different boxes on different days.
We ship usingUPS. Our domestic orders are typically shipped via UPS SurePost or UPS Ground, depending on the size of the canvas. If you have a PO Box please provide the PO BOX number as well as the street address to insure that there will be no issues delivering your package. If the USPS does not deliver to your address at all please inform us this at the time of your order.
*Extremely Large canvases that are considered oversized ship via a Freight carrier. Freight does require an appointment for delivery, which our Freight carrier will coordinate with the recipient. In most cases, someone must be at home to sign for the package.
*International customers please note: We cannot deliver to a PO Box for international orders. We require a physical address that UPS/FedEx will deliver to.
We offer reasonable rates on shipping that depend on the size and quantity of the items you order. You can see the estimated shipping amount in your shopping cart, but the final shipping total will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, we will contact you for a custom quote. Please note that any free shipping coupon, unless otherwise specified is not valid for orders outside the US and Canada.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
If you are shipping to one of the following states you will be charged sales tax: CA, CO, KS, LA, MA, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, and TX.
We use a propriety blend of canvas that is stretched over 1.5 wooden stretcher bars. We print on artist's grade canvas using archival inks. All of our canvases have UVB protection built in to protect against fading and moisture and are designed to last for over 100 years.
Yes. The type of hangers varies depending on the size and type of items in the order. The hardware included will work on most walls. If you have older walls or special finishes please take this into consideration before installation. If you have any questions regarding the hanging hardware provided, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service department.
Our products are designed to be displayed indoors only and should not be exposed to water or direct sunlight.
The colors shown on your monitor may be close to what is printed, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match. If you have any questions about an image or special considerations, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.
Unfortunately we cannot alter our stock images by adding text or making major changes to the image. Our images are provided by artists and photographers that have submitted their art to be printed as is.
Yes. Our canvases are digital prints produced on inkjet printers. We use archival quality inks and artist grade canvases that are coated with a UV protectant.
Yes, we offer both traditional and float frame options for our canvases. Our traditional frames are available in four different styles: Black, Antique, Gold and Walnut . The float frame comes in four different finishes: Black, Gold, Silver and Walnut. The Silver and Gold frames have a black finish on the sides and have a silver or gold color on the face of the frame. Please visit our Product page to view framing options. Sizes listed on the site are the size of the canvas itself and do not include the additional dimensions of the frame itself.
We are unable to offers any sizes not currently listed on our site.
All of our canvases come stretched; we do not offer unstretched/rolled canvases.
You can add additional paint or finishes to your canvas, but we cannot guarantee any aftermarket finishes or paints applied to our products. Customers over the years have given us a few tips for applying finishes, which we can pass along to you. One tip is to always apply a fixative spray to the canvas prior to applying any paints. Another great tip is to test any paint pens or permanent markers to ensure ink is flowing properly before you begin to mark on the face or edges of the canvas.

Yes, just make sure the canvas is not in direct contact with water.
Typically your canvas will just need a light dusting every now and then. If you find that you need to spot clean the canvas, use a damp cloth that has only water on it. Chemicals can react with the ink and ruin the canvas.

When you order from the "Your Photo to Art" section of our site you will receive our Premium Gallery Wrapped Canvas. Our Premium Gallery Wrap canvas is our artist grade canvas mounted to a solid, supportive face that prevents sagging or warping over time. The canvas is finished with a black matboard backing that comes with hanging hardware already attached so that it's ready to hang right out of the box! Please note that all other canvas products on our site out side of the Photos to Art section are our Traditional Gallery Wrap Canvas. Since premium thick wrap canvases are 1.25", they look slightly thinner than traditional thick wrap canvases, which are 1.5". When viewed from the front, the difference between the two styles is hardly noticeable.
